Villa Teak is part of an exclusive
development of 5 luxury villas next to the championship golf
course at Mount Irvine, enjoying complete seclusion and tranquillity. One
of Tobago’s loveliest beaches is just a short and pretty
stroll away. 10% discount on golf fees is available. Many
excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as a couple of well
stocked supermarkets. Downstairs there is a huge open plan
lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen and separate
utility room. There is a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge
freezer with ice-maker, cooker, microwave, blender and coffee
percolator. Outside
the spacious lower verandah has lounge chairs and hammock as
well as dining table and chairs with a gas BBQ for al fresco
cooking. The
upper verandah is ideal for sunbathing and has great golf and
sea views. Guests have a private pool and Jacuzzi as
well as use of a large shared pool within the compound. The
lush tropical gardens are full of exotic plants.
Large groups such as wedding parties or golfers can
easily be accommodated. The
tropical garden ambience provides the ideal setting for
intimate weddings and several have already been held here. At the nearby beach the local fishermen bring in their catch every afternoon. The fish are then sold along the beachfront. Fresh kingfish, tuna and snapper can be bought for about £1.50 per steak. Great for BBQs. Prices are just £150 (

** Fabulous wedding location and organisers ** Set just five minutes walk away from pretty Bacolet beach, Sea Breeze is a British owned private luxury villa with outstanding views and a peaceful sense of space. A wide verandah along two sides of the house provides a scenic 180° view of the ocean, along with fabulous cooling breezes so welcome in the tropical heat. There
are six air-conditioned bedrooms and six bathrooms, with
accommodation for up to 10 people. The villa is built on
two In addition to the three bedrooms on the lower level, there is a second, small kitchen and pretty living room with French windows opening out onto the pool area. The entrance drive is lined with palm trees and curves through more than an acre of colourful tropical shrubs and mature fruit trees. One of the great pleasures of staying at Sea Breeze during the summer months is being able to help yourself to fresh mango, lime, grapefruit, banana and avocado. The roofed jacuzzi and swimming pool are set to the side of the house with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. Private steps lead down to the shoreline, where the adventurous can enjoy spectacular snorkelling from the rocks, or Bacolet beach is a stroll away. Janelle looks after the villa and guests. She will clean the house, make the beds and do the dishes. Janelle is also a superb cook if you want to eat in. The property manager, TJ, is very reliable and in charge of the house maintenance if any emergency should arise. He will meet you at the airport, and can supply a rental car, stock the house with food, clean the pool, adjust the jacuzzi – all with typical Tobago friendliness. Sea Breeze is handy for the local sights and restaurants around the town of Scarborough, and is well placed for an easy route to the north of the island, to secluded Caribbean beaches and the rainforest. This is a roomy villa – suitable for large groups of either family or friends or both. Rates
